Tips från coacherna

LVC-VVK: VVK has nothing to lose in this series and that gives them a chance. If VVK keeps with a very aggressive gameplan and really goes after their serves then they've got a shot. Its realistic for them to take a set or two in every match and possibly even steal the first home match. In the end though LVC has proved over the course of the year to be very strong and I think they'll win the series 3-1.
(Håller faktiskt med Dave i nästan allting, dock inte slutresultatet. Jag tror det kommer krävas fem matcher för att skilja oss åt. Vi tror på oss själva nu och ser en stor utmaning i detta. Ska bli underbart att få uppleva ännu ett slutspel)

FVBK-RIG: The young kids in Falkoping have been a great surprise to many this season and showed they belong in the eliteserien. They've been playing very well lately too with two strong performances last weekend, including a 3-2 win over us. Falkenburg is the two time defending champion though and their experience will prove to be too much for the youngsters. FVBK wins 3-0.
(Inte så mycket att orda om egentligen. Falkenberg är för starka och kommer vinna komfortabelt i tre raka. Men RIG ska ha cred för deras säsong. Nu hoppas jag de spelare som lämnar skolan efter säsongen väljer rätt miljö för dem, så de inte hamnar som så många tidigare fall, på bänken i en toppklubb med fina faciliteter)

Hylte-OVK: Another playoff meeting between these two teams. Last two seasons OVK has upset Hylte (winning both fifth matches on the away court too, I think). Hylte's post-christmas imports have certainly helped strengthen them and they'd have to be considered the favorite, despite not having the home court advantage. I think this will be close again this year, but I see Hylte coming out on top 3-1 (but in multiple 5 set matches).
(Klassiskt hatmöte mellan två "köplag". Jag tror på Hylte denna gång, men det kommer bli tajt. Örkelljunga måste ha med sina två stora centrar för att ha en chans. Sedan håller jag lite extra på Övk för Kalles skull. 2-3 Hylte blir mitt tips)

SVK-Tierp: Wierd writing about our own series and don't want to give Tierp any extra motivation. We are of course favored to win, but they've played us really tough this year and we expect a battle. A lot might depend on the health of Ragnar and Yngerskog. Rumin has had a fantastic second half to the season and will be in a battle with Bangman as the top leftside in the series. Mjuk has been good for them this year too and probably deserved to at least nominated for setter of the year. There's some pressure on him to continue his strong play in the postseason. I obviously have to pick us to win, but its going to be tight.
(Först och främst måste jag också undra, hur fan kan inte Mjuk vara nominerad till årets passare?
Det här matchserien kommer bli ett krig. Sollentuna gillas inte uppe i lilla Tierp och jag kan bara tänka mig tugget mellan vissa spelare. UNDERBART, precis som det ska vara i ett slutspel. Jag lägger mina pengar på Sollentuna denna gång. Vet inte riktigt varför, bara en magkänsla jag har. Tierp måste fortsätta ha ett stort centerspel och serva taktiskt hela serien. Om nu Yngerskog är med och spelar ska det bli intressant att se vilket lag som gynnas mest av det, behöver inte nödvändigtvis vara Sollet. 3-1 till Sollentuna blir mina siffror)
